These terms apply to the use of the app "FamWake Family Alarm" (hereinafter "App"), offered by Daniel Notthoff, Rudolf-Virchow-Str. 20, 58300 Wetter, Germany. By creating an account, you agree to these rules.

2. What does the app offer?

FamWake is a tool for organizing your morning family routine. The app calculates wake-up times based on your input (e.g., bathroom use, breakfast). We strive to improve the app constantly but reserve the right to adjust or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

• You must provide correct data during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• The app is intended for private, family use. Abusive use is prohibited.

4. Availability

We do our best to ensure the app runs smoothly. However, downtime may occur due to maintenance work, server problems, or lack of internet connection. There is no claim to constant availability of the app.

5. Liability (Important!)

FamWake is an organizational tool and not an infallible alarm clock.

• We assume no liability if an alarm does not trigger or triggers too late (e.g., due to battery optimization settings on your smartphone, lack of network connection, or system errors).
• If you miss appointments, school, or work as a result, we take no responsibility. Use of the app is at your own risk.
• We are only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part.

6. Blocking and Termination

You can delete your account and your family group at any time directly in the app. We reserve the right to block accounts in case of a violation of these terms.

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these terms of use be ineffective, the remaining points shall remain unaffected.
